oral liquid paracetamol was dumped and that the imports were

The Minister decided to defer the decision to implement anti-dumping
duties, pending review following the outcome of the current
PHARMAC tender process, or any other event that changes the

China, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand the Minister of Commerce on 14
January 2005 made a decision to impose anti-dumping duties on oil
filters from China, Indonesia, Korea and Thailand, being satisfied
that the goods are dumped and causing material injury to the
domestic industry.
